SEATTLE 2011 GLASS ART SOCIETY ANNUAL CONFERENCE

The 41st Glass Art Society Annual Conference is coming soon! Josefina will participate in the panel "Different Voices for Unique Reasons", discussing with Ana Thiel, Isabel De Obaldía, Ruth M. Moreno, and Luisa Restrepo experiences as artists born in countries with no available art glass communities, galleries, schools, or collectors. Each of these artists has had to forge her way, travel, and live different experiences that have resulted in unique works of art. Panel: June 4th / Sheraton Ballroom D / 3:30 - 5:00

To complement this panel, Josefina will join "The Latin Crew" at the Far4 Gallery. This artist's collective exemplifies the freshest glass explorations of contemporary young artists living and working abroad.
